What happened

Led by existing investors Vantaan Energia, Redstone and Ihantola Invest. The company describes the figure as equity and supporting financial instruments combined, so it is not wholly share capital. One outlet adds North Karelia Growth Fund as a lead; the company does not.

Kumo note

A round led by the company’s existing owners rather than a new outside lead, with a municipal energy utility among them. Part of the proceeds fund a software layer for CO2 flow tracking and credit issuance, putting the measurement stack inside the concrete producer.
