- Never announced. The figure comes from a US SEC Form D: total offering USD 6,099,997, fully sold, date of first sale 3 May 2023. The filing names no purchasers. BDC Capital self-reports a 2023 investment from its Climate Tech Fund with no amount. A second Form D filed the same day is a USD 34,000 option grant, not a financing.
