Carbon

Pathway
Enhanced rock weathering

What happened

Carbon Removal Partners led. The company does not use a round stage. Maex Ament and Philip Stehlik are the two partners of the fund Earth, which is on the company’s own backers strip, so they are credited once through the fund. Peter Reinhardt and Rena Kleine appear in third-party records and in no source.

Kumo note

A round into an enhanced rock weathering measurement company rather than a deployer, backed by the buy side. The product is a resin sensor reading carbonate alkalinity in the field, which is the cost line that currently gates credit issuance.
