What happened

US$10m extension of the Series A, announced 15 September 2026, bringing the round to US$50m. The increment is derived by subtraction (US$50m total less the US$40m first close of 22 June 2026, EQ-144); the release does not state it. Intercontinental Exchange joined as a strategic investor alongside Acario Innovation, Motion Ventures, One Capital and Verb Ventures, plus Max Junestrand (individual, not added). AVP led the round as a whole. Closing wording: 'With ICE and other new investors, the round now stands at $50 million.'

Kumo note

The operator of the New York Stock Exchange taking a strategic stake in a carbon removal registry. Exchange infrastructure buying into the measurement layer is the clearest signal yet that the people who run commodity markets expect carbon removal to become one. || Capital into the measurement layer rather than into a project. Isometric issues no credits of its own and removes no carbon; it certifies what others do, so this money buys market infrastructure and not tonnes.
