- Planetary Responsibility Foundation, a Danish foundation, made a strategic early-stage equity investment in Ponterra and states it "becomes a shareholder". Amount, stake and valuation are not disclosed anywhere. Ponterra develops biodiverse ARR reforestation in Panama (Azuero) and Mexico (La Esperanza) under Verra VM0047, and is the only ARR developer in Verra's SD VISta Nature Framework biodiversity pilot.
