Arrangers, bookrunners and structuring agents. These figures are capital arranged rather than capital provided.
Capital by pathway
Top seven pathways by capital raised, two most recent years
Sized transactions only, so a pathway funded entirely on undisclosed terms does not appear.
Arrangers, bookrunners and structuring agents. These figures are capital arranged, never capital provided, and must not be added to the Provided table. Arranged credit is the transaction's value shared evenly by the parties holding an arranger mandate, and all of it where there is only one. Deal counts stay whole, so a joint bookrunner is credited with one transaction and a share of its value.
Global transaction coverage
Every ranked transaction placed by where the carbon is, not where the office is: a project in Ghana financed into a London company counts as Africa.
